CHEYENNE TREVATT

I’ve faced my own health struggles, including battling eating disorders from the age of 14 through to my early 20s. Having experienced countless “fad diets,” I deeply empathise with women who feel trapped in the same cycle. In my teen years, I lived in fear of food and spent prolonged periods in starvation mode, compromising both my physical and mental well-being. Overtraining paired with under-nourishment led to declining health, depleted energy, loss of my menstrual cycle, body dysmorphia, and heightened anxiety.

At 21, I made the decision to change my life. By 22, I entered the fitness world and began competing in  bodybuilding, not to punish my body, rather to finally understand it. Through education, patience, and proper nourishment, I rebuilt my relationship with food, movement, and myself.

Becoming a mother transformed that understanding even further.

Pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding became the most challenging and humbling seasons of my life. I had to relearn how to coach my own body through constant change, surrender control, and respect a body that was no longer just mine. Watching my body grow, sustain, birth, heal, and nourish life gave me a deeper admiration for the female body than I ever thought possible. Strength took on a new meaning. Progress looked different. And self-compassion became non-negotiable.

Now, armed with lived experience, education, and unwavering respect for the female body, I’m passionate about helping women nourish, honour, and trust their bodies through every stage of life.

This isn’t about shrinking yourself.
It’s about building resilience, confidence, and a body that supports your life — not controls it.

JASMIN

I've been seeing Chey for not far off a year which is the longest I have ever committed to gym in my life! I am ADHD and Autistic. Chey does her best to accommodate my needs and work a program around what best motivates me. Without a PT I won't go to gym, I have tried PT before and Chey is the first I have stuck to! This is because she doesn’t pressure me or make me feel guilty. She makes each session feel like friends hanging out which is the relaxed environment I need.
I always leave my session feeling great mentally (sore the next day because I always get a great work out). She's made a huge difference to correcting my posture, Helped with weight loss, muscle gain and has changed how I view exercise. I've learnt so much about form and the correct approach to weight lifting. Thank you Chey- you made a tough year better and without your support I wouldn’t be so committed to bettering my health.
