I've been seeing Chey for not far off a year which is the longest I have ever committed to gym in my life! I am ADHD and Autistic. Chey does her best to accommodate my needs and work a program around what best motivates me. Without a PT I won't go to gym, I have tried PT before and Chey is the first I have stuck to! This is because she doesn’t pressure me or make me feel guilty. She makes each session feel like friends hanging out which is the relaxed environment I need.
I always leave my session feeling great mentally (sore the next day because I always get a great work out). She's made a huge difference to correcting my posture, Helped with weight loss, muscle gain and has changed how I view exercise.
